De matte Dual Sleeves zijn een prachtige variant op de populaire matte sleeves. De zwarte binnenkant omlijst je kaarten perfect voor een stijlvolle presentatie die de prachtige kunst op de achterkant complementeert.

De afbeeldingen worden direct op de hoesjes gedrukt, waardoor de afbeeldingen net zo hoogwaardig, duurzaam en afbladderend zijn als de hoesjes zelf.

De hoesjes worden geleverd in een herbruikbare kartonnen doos met 100 standaard hoesjes voor ruilkaarten tot 63 x 88 mm (2½" x 3½"). Ideaal voor ruilkaartspellen zoals Magic: The Gathering™.

Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Verification:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during the checkout process.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Reshipment:

  • If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may charge an additional shipping fee to reship the order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.
You can choose a shipping service yourself, but we recommend using a traceable shipping method, since we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

If your return shipment is accepted, we will give instructions on how to send the package. Products sent back to us without prior approval are not accepted. Keep in mind that the shipping times can be longer if you live outside the Netherlands.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us straight away if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so we can assess and rectify the problem.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as booster packs, booster boxes and other similar products. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Swap

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

3-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will send you a message once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
