Mirai Cards Pre-Order Policy
At Mirai Cards, we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience for pre-orders. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers, please take note of the following pre-order guidelines:
Combined Orders
- When placing an order that includes pre-order products, the entire order will only be shipped when the newest pre-order item is released. For example, if your order includes products with release dates in February and May, your order will be fulfilled in May, after the final product becomes available.
- If you want in-stock items or earlier releases to be shipped separately, we recommend placing a separate order for those items.
Release Dates
- Release dates for pre-order items are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are subject to change. We strive to keep our listings updated, but any adjustments will be communicated as soon as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Pre-orders can only be canceled before the processing of the order begins. Once the pre-order product’s shipping process has started, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
- Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be issued promptly according to our refund policy.
Payment
- Pre-order payments are collected at the time of purchase to reserve the items. This ensures your allocation for high-demand products.
Availability
- All pre-orders are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event of an allocation shortage, refunds will be provided for any unfulfilled items.
